Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized items are generally:

  • Personalized messages

  • Custom designs

  • Special requests

  • Made-to-order modifications

Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

3. Non-Personalized Items

Eligible non-personalized items may qualify for returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The return request is made within the approved return period

  • The item is returned in original packaging where possible

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

4. Order Cancellations

Once production or customization has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
